Some Days You Just Feel Like Crap

I had a nice enough workout this AM, but afterward my body quickly rebelled. "What do you think you're doing to me?!?" Mostly I feel like I need to sleep all day. I am sore and cranky. Unfortunately, today is a work day.

I told Sensei I might show up tomorrow AM as well, and he told me he'd save me a seat! Expectation is not such a good thing, sometimes.

I did think of one useful thing today. I told one of my partners that these days I try to think of my arms and elbows as being "rounded", not pointy and angular.
